I am open minded and flexible - mainly because I love Yoga so I do Yoga.

I am me now - not yesterday, not tomorrow, but I am me now. I am enough. I am happy with who I am now. 

I appreciate present moment and as much as it is possible I do not leaving dreams for later.

At I Am Me Now Yoga, I offer a range of yoga classes, including studio, online, meditation, at office corporate, private sessions, hen-do Yoga, kids & family Yoga, pre and post natal Yoga, workshops and many more- ensuring everyone finds a style that resonates with their individual journey.

My name is Daria.

I have been practicing yoga since I was in a high school- which is over 30 years.

Yoga gave me freedom and let me be fit and happy despite heavy asthma and I could enjoy my life with all the 'asthma packaging'. Breathing practice lead me to the point that I can be inhaler free. 

Over those years Yoga has grown into me like a moss is growing on trees so now I can't separate myself from all aspects of  Yoga life and values.

I am a professionally qualified RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Yoga teacher. I also gained Yoga for Kids and the Pre and Post Natal Yoga Certificate Accredited by the Yoga Alliance body. 

I teach various Yoga styles but my favorite is Power Yoga where movement and grace meets Asanas - yoga poses.

I am fascinated by the world of subtle energy, created during yoga practice. Yoga Nidra is my beloved way of relaxation so I use it very often and teach this blissful practice once per month as a complimentary hour to Asanas practice.

I transfer all my love and care I carry in my heart while playing Tibetan bowls and sea drum. 

I love teaching Yoga and I created a space where students can be themselves, happy as they are because they are part of friendly loving group where we care about each other and we do not judge but we give our support.

Classes

What to expect from a typical Yoga Class with I am me now Yoga:

What to bring:

I provide all required equipment but You need to bring your own Yoga mat.

After receiving a warm cosy blanket, Yoga block/s and Yoga belt that you can use it to give you support during practice if needed. Find the available place that works for you the most. 

At Glance:

All of my Yoga classes start with 'checking on' my students and getting any updates about theirs health and emotional conditions. Classes on that day are based on received feedback from students.

It is my Students time and  space, it is theirs yoga so I am always flexible with my Yoga plan and I am ready to adjust it on a spot.

After little catch up we start calming our minds and we do some breathing exercise, we practice mudras - hand gestures. Have I said it depends on a day?

This is the time of our practice to manifest to Universe our positive thoughts, send our love and kindness tho those we love including ourselves. We are letting go any emoticons that doesn't work fr us so we can start practicing Asana with a free mind.

​What styles of Yoga

We follow with gentle exercises to wake up and warm up body and depends on particular day we practice elements from different styles of yoga such as: Hatha YogaPower Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and a little bit of Kundalini or Yin Yoga.

Do I need to know all asanas and be flexible? The answer is No, you do not need to know all asanas and this practice is to get your body flexible. 

Because this is Yoga for my Students I adjust tempo and level of difficulties while observing my Students during practice.

After Asanas practice there is a time for relaxation. Cozy blankets are provided so cocoon yourself in a comfortable position on your mat, (You can also sit supported with a wall or on a chair, close your eyes and just immerse your body and mind into a blissful relaxation with a beautiful sounds.

Relaxation is matched to practice so it can be longer relaxation like Yoga Nidra or long /short visualization, accompanied by Tibetan singing Bowls, different Drums or Koshi Chimes and more. 

What if I fall asleep during relaxation?

You may think, have feeling that you fallen asleep but your brain may be in a Theta state what is the mot efficient way of relaxation.

If you really fall asleep - That is perfectly fine, it means  that your body needs it. Do not worry I wake you up gentle with Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals Bell magic sound. We are supporting you - You are in a safe, non-judgmental place.

Each class is different - No Class is the same- no more boring Yoga because each Yoga is fun - it is part of us.
